What time can I arrive?
Check-in begins at 15:00. Arriving earlier? Let us know: you can leave your bags and enjoy the common areas while we get your room ready. If it’s ready early, we’ll tell you.
Arriving late at night? Reception is open 24 hours and we welcome you at any time. Let us know your approximate arrival time and message us if it changes.
And check-out?
Please leave your room by 11:00. You can leave your bags until 12:00 at no charge.
If you need to stay longer, here are the options:
You can use the shared kitchen, bathrooms, showers, pool and all common areas.
Please note:
- Your room must be vacated by 11:00; these options don’t include using it after that time.
- After 20:00, a full night is charged at the current rate. Please arrange this with reception.
Where is the bathroom?
Double and group rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Shared dorms also have bathrooms inside, shared only by guests staying in that dorm.
Only box dorms have shared showers and bathrooms outside the dorm, by the pool.
How can I pay?
We accept cash in US dollars, euros and Chilean pesos; credit or debit cards; bank transfers and Pix for Brazilian guests. Ask us if you need help choosing how to pay.
Should I bring a towel?
Double and group rooms include one towel per guest. For shared dorms and box beds, bring your own or buy one at reception for CLP 5,000.
How does cleaning work?
We clean floors and bathrooms in shared and box dorms every day between 11:00 and 15:00.
In private rooms, it’s your choice: ask reception for cleaning and leave your keys. We clean during those same hours.
What are the opening hours of the shared spaces?
The pool and barbecue area are available from 08:00 to 21:00. The shared kitchen is open from 07:00 to 23:00. Enjoy the shared spaces while respecting other travellers’ rest.
Can I bring my pet?
If you’re bringing a pet, contact us before booking to confirm the conditions and accommodation availability.
Is parking available?
We have free parking inside the hostel, with limited spaces. Reserve in advance and wait for confirmation from our team.
Can children stay?
Yes, children may stay with a parent or an adult who is legally responsible for them. Before booking, contact us to arrange the accommodation category and the relevant documents.
How do we share PUNA?
We share the spaces and respect everyone’s rest. Smoking is allowed in open outdoor areas, but never inside rooms. The pool and barbecue area close at 21:00 and the kitchen at 23:00.
Instructions for your stay are on the door of each accommodation. Reception is here to help at any time.
Is there breakfast, a bar or a transfer service?
We do not offer breakfast, a bar, restaurant or transfer service. You can use the shared kitchen from 07:00 to 23:00. If you need directions, message us before travelling.
What is available from reception?
We sell towels for CLP 5,000 and hire out padlocks. Ask about the price and conditions before hiring.
