Accommodation is booked as a private room or per bed, depending on your choice. Capacity and bathroom type are shown in each option. All categories have access to shared areas.

Price and confirmation
The official Cloudbeds booking engine shows availability, total price, currency, applicable taxes or charges and rate conditions before confirmation. Searching or messaging on WhatsApp does not confirm a booking. Check and keep your confirmation and purchase conditions.
Payments, changes and cancellations
We accept cash in Chilean pesos, US dollars and euros; credit or debit cards; bank transfer and Pix for Brazilian guests. Methods available for online booking may differ. Check payment timing and the change, cancellation and no-show terms before paying. To request a change or refund, contact reception with your booking number; do not send full card details. Cancelling does not trigger an automatic refund: requests are assessed under the terms disclosed and accepted at booking and applicable statutory rights.
Your consumer rights
These terms do not limit the non-waivable rights recognised by Chilean Law No. 19,496. Any applicable right of withdrawal and lawful exceptions are governed by Chilean legislation; commercial cancellation terms do not replace those rights. For enquiries, requests or complaints, contact reception by email or WhatsApp.
Arrival, departure and shared spaces
Check-in starts at 15:00 and reception is open 24 hours. The room must be vacated by 11:00. You may leave luggage until 12:00 free of charge. Arrange extended use of shared areas with reception: until 16:00, CLP 5,000; until 20:00, CLP 10,000. This does not include the room after 11:00. After 20:00, a full night is charged at the current rate.
Children and pets
Children are welcome with a parent or an adult legally responsible for them. Check the accommodation category and documents before booking. If bringing a pet, check conditions and availability first; admission must be arranged in advance.
Shared spaces and facilities
Pool and barbecue area: 08:00 to 21:00. Shared kitchen: 07:00 to 23:00. Smoking is permitted in open outdoor areas, but not inside rooms. Respect other guests and the instructions on your accommodation door. We do not offer a bar, restaurant, breakfast or transfers.
Paid extras
Private rooms include one towel per guest. In dormitories and box rooms, you can buy a towel for CLP 5,000; we do not hire out towels. We hire out padlocks and sell tours: check the price and conditions before booking. Parking is free, with limited spaces and advance confirmation.
Tours with PUNA
We handle your tour enquiries, quotes and bookings through the official WhatsApp. Before payment, the team provides the supplier, route, date and time, total price, entry tickets, transport, inclusions and change or cancellation conditions. Preparing a request on this website neither confirms a tour nor takes payment; wait for the team to confirm.
