Data for enquiries and bookings
The search form sends dates, numbers of adults and children, language and accommodation choice to Cloudbeds when you continue to prices. Tour requests are prepared in your browser; you choose whether to copy and send them via WhatsApp. This website does not receive card details or process payments.
How we use information
We use information you share with PUNA to answer enquiries, provide quotes, manage bookings and your stay, handle requests and meet applicable obligations. We do not ask for identity documents or health data in these enquiry forms. Avoid entering sensitive information in tour notes.
External services
When you continue to the booking engine or open WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook or Instagram, you use external services with their own policies. Cloudbeds manages booking on its platform. Reception handles requests you choose to send through the contact channels.
Optional analytics
Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions, such as quote requests and clicks to booking or WhatsApp. These events do not include message content, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or payment details. Google receives technical browsing data and uses analytics cookies. It may process data outside Chile under its applicable terms and mechanisms.
Your choice
You may decline analytics and continue using the website. We store your choice in your browser to remember it. Change it using Privacy preferences at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, we disable new analytics events on this website and delete accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain. Your choice here does not automatically change preferences on external platforms.
Retention and rights
We retain enquiry and booking data for the time needed to manage the service and meet applicable obligations. You can request information about your data and, where applicable, correction, deletion or blocking by email. We may request what is necessary to verify identity; do not send sensitive documents without prior arrangement.
